You’ll harness strategic frameworks and methodologies to identify and enhance core processes, delivering value through diagnostic and design capabilities. To be successful as a Business Architect, you should have experience with:
• Experience in process improvement, change management, or similar transformation roles.
• Strong knowledge of process diagnostic frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and strategy documentation.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and process mapping software.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with experience in matrixed environments.
Highly valued skills may include:
• Demonstrated success in leading small teams or squads in complex projects.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Previous experience in large-scale transformations or business architecture methodologies.

This role is based out of Whippany, NJ.
Purpose of the role
To collaborate with stakeholders and use data and MI to identify process optimisation opportunities for capacity creation in relevant business areas.
