To be successful as a Securitized Product Project Manager, you should have experience with:

• Driving multi-faceted, cross‑functional projects end‑to‑end across Trading, Risk, and Technology

• Translating highly detailed business requirements into executable plans, while mentoring and coaching junior team members

• Designing, evolving, and scaling operating models to support platform modernization and business transformation

• Defining, tracking, and reporting KPIs, with a focus on measuring outcomes, progress, and business impact

• Structured problem‑solver with the ability to identify issues early, break down problems into manageable components, and apply creativity and judgment to drive effective solutions

Some other highly valued skills may include:

• Securitized products domain knowledge, with hands‑on experience in enterprise data products and Data Marketplace platforms

• Defining and executing roadmaps that are clearly aligned to strategic business outcomes

• Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with the ability to create structure, clarity, and momentum in white‑space environments

• Communication skills, including the ability to craft clear executive updates, stakeholder communications, and program newsletters

Minimum Salary: $170, 000

Maximum Salary: $230, 000

The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

Purpose of the role

To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues. 

Accountabilities

• Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization’s technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
• Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
• Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
