To be successful as a Process Optimisation Analyst, you should have experience with:
Experience reviewing business processes to identify and improve inefficiencies
Proficient in gathering, interpreting, and applying data for strategy-making
Collaboration skills with stakeholders across teams and functions
Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies; certification is a plus
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Able to introduce conversations and communicate ideas clearly
Organized and solutions-oriented with attention to detail
Familiarity with fraud, collections, or operational environments is beneficial
Bachelor’s degree preferred; process improvement certifications preferred
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in Henderson, Nevada, Wilmington, DE or the Whippany, NJ offices.
Salary for Henderson, NV:
Minimum Salary $75,00
Maximum Salary $95,000
