CRM Data Lead

As a CRM Data Lead, you will build and maintain the systems that collect, store, process, and analyse data, such as data pipelines, data warehouses and data lakes to ensure that all data is accurate, accessible, and secure.

To be a successful CRM Data Lead, you should have experience of:

• Hands on experience in Data Migration / Data Delivery in CRM applications. Deep understanding of Siebel Data Model and Salesforce Data Model, Siebel Migration experience.

• Expertise in: Siebel EIM (Enterprise Integration Manager) and Siebel Data Migration utilities, Siebel Upgrade project, Salesforce data model, Salesforce data migration and data connectors, Experience handling large enterprise data migration (1M+ records)

• Strong understanding of salesforce: Standard & Custom Objects, Relationships (Lookup, Master-Detail), Validation Rules & Data Governance controls, Salesforce Data Import Wizard & Data Loader, ETL tools with Salesforce Connector

• Strong SQL skills for data validation and reconciliation, manage large data volumes (LDV) and performance optimization, Implement data sharing and security model, Oracle PL/SQL and Unix Shell Scripting.

• People management experience, Collaborating with Business, Salesforce Architects, Integration, and Testing teams.

This role is based in Pune.

Purpose of the role

To build and maintain the systems that collect, store, process, and analyse data, such as data pipelines, data warehouses and data lakes to ensure that all data is accurate, accessible, and secure. 

Accountabilities

• Build and maintenance of data architectures pipelines that enable the transfer and processing of durable, complete and consistent data.
• Design and implementation of data warehoused and data lakes that manage the appropriate data volumes and velocity and adhere to the required security measures.
• Development of processing and analysis algorithms fit for the intended data complexity and volumes.
• Collaboration with data scientist to build and deploy machine learning models.
