In this role, you will support the governance and oversight of financial crime risk across the business. You will act as a subject matter expert, overseeing issues, incidents, and risk impact assessments, while producing risk-level reporting and engaging with senior stakeholders. This role is part of the Integrated Financial Crime portfolio, a multi-faceted program of change that strengthens risk management, enhances automation, and empowers colleagues and customers to identify and prevent financial crime.
To be successful as a Program Manager – VP, you should have experience with:
Delivering complex work within large-scale programs using project management approaches
Building trusted relationships and collaborating across diverse stakeholder groups
Influencing and aligning perspectives to achieve shared business outcomes
Applying knowledge of financial crime systems in areas such as transaction monitoring, screening, sanctions, AML, CDD, and regulatory frameworks
Driving change and transformation through product enhancements and process improvements
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Clear and effective communication, providing guidance and support to teams
Defining milestones, success measures, and business case components
Fostering ample stakeholder engagement across multiple functions
Experience in internal audit or compliance assurance functions
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in Whippany, New Jersey.
Minimum Salary: $170,000
Maximum Salary: $230,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

To lead and manage engineering teams, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions, driving technical excellence, fostering a culture of innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical decisions with business objectives.
