In this role, you will lead the delivery of network campus programs, ensuring adherence to delivery plans, budgets, quality standards, and governance requirements. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to optimize infrastructure, address technical debt, and apply disciplined delivery governance, leveraging data and AI‑driven insights to enhance transparency, decision‑making, and execution outcomes.
To be successful as a Technical Delivery Manager, you should have experience:
Delivering Networks infrastructure projects end-to-end, maintaining controls over meeting scope, schedule, budget, quality, and governance standards including reporting (milestones, RAID, dependencies, decision logs, etc)
Partnering with application and platform teams to prioritize and execute infrastructure estate optimization and legacy/technical debt remediation
Using data analysis and dashboards/metrics to generate insights that inform prioritization, support decisions, and unblock delivery
Identifying, assess, and manage delivery/service risks and issues to closure, embedding controls and aligning with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory expectations (including responsible AI considerations)
Improving delivery effectiveness by introducing automation and AI-enabled tools (e.g., copilots/assistants) for workflow efficiency, summarization, and reporting; define high-value use cases and measure outcomes
Other highly valued skills include:
Knowledge, skill, and experience with AI Platforms including CoPilot and other Barclays Platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
Project Management experience and/or Certification (PMP, CAPM, Prince 2)
You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant to success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology skills, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in our Whippany, NJ office.
Minimum Salary: $75,000
Maximum Salary: $135,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

Purpose of the role
To manage the efficient delivery of large-scale technical projects and capabilities across the bank and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations throughout the software product lifecycle, adhering to agreed time, budget and quality requirements.
